Businesses have not had an outlet where they could warn each other about problem customers in their area, like a reverse BBB.
What are the big picture plans for this business?
To help business owners have a voice and hopefully work out the situations with their customers and help them collect their money.
What's the biggest success you've had with this business?
Helping businesses collect most or all of their money from customers and creating better communication between a business and customer.
What's the biggest hurdle you've overcome with this business?
We have been fortunate to have amazing feedback about the site from everyone and even the customers! So no complaints here!
What separates you from the competition?
We are not a typical rant and rave site you see out there. We are business owners ourselves who created this for the businesses.
Why should a customer want to pay for your products or services?
There is a $5 fee to weed out those who are serious about it and it keeps unecessary posts from engulfing the site like other free sites.
